  • Age In Place Questionnaire

Recently a small group of older Eaton residents gathered to explore issues that they could face if they continued to live at home as they age. They have been looking at barriers; such as transportation, medical and non- medical personal services, property management services and house remodeling needs.

As they explore ways to work around the constraints they decided to get a better understanding of the needs of other Eaton residents and learn more about public and private resources that could help address those needs. They felt the first step would be to create a needs questionnaire to the broader Eaton community.

They would really appreciate your input and ideas.

Please send your feedback to Betsygemmecke@gmail.com or PO Box 158, Eaton Center
